Community Purpose: XQ-SLESS Wellness Support Tribe (hereinafter referred to as "XQ-SLESS" or "XQ") is dedicated to providing valuable resources and maintaining a respectful and harmonious environment for all members.

 

This platform offers support, guidance, and consistency to individuals on their wellness journey. Although our professionals are qualified experts in their fields, we always recommend that members seek direct consultation from their preferred practitioners for personal health and safety. We advise seeking medical attention if experiencing any pain, or discomfort, or if mental support is required.

Subscription and Acknowledgment: By subscribing to XQ-SLESS membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Subscription:

   • Upon subscribing, you will be charged $5.00USD

   • monthly via direct debit from your nominated account. This recurring charge grants continued access to the membership platform and its resources.

2. Cancellation and Limited Access:

   • You may unsubscribe at any time to avoid future charges. Upon unsubscribing, you will lose access to the platform, and future charges will cease.

   • If funds are unavailable at the time of the monthly charge, your access may be limited or restricted. XQ-SLESS reserves the right to notify you of complete removal if payment issues persist. Rejoining the membership may require subscribing again.

3. Refunds:

   • All membership fees are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. If you breach these terms and are removed, no refund will be issued.

4. Modifications and Termination:

   • XQ-SLESS reserves the right to amend terms, conditions, and pricing. You will receive 7 days' notice of changes via email.

   • XQ-SLESS reserves the right to terminate the membership with 28 days written notice. Members disagreeing with updated terms can unsubscribe and will be removed from the platform.

Member Conduct and Responsibilities: By subscribing, you agree to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

Permitted Conduct:

• Post and add comments.

• Interact with other members.

• Participate in Q&A sessions during allocated time slots.

• Make suggestions about activities and tasks as appropriate.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Use of abusive, disrespectful, degrading, or inappropriate language.

• Posting nude or inappropriate images.

• Posting unrelated content or excessive use of the platform.

• Asking questions outside allocated time slots (unless urgent, in which case you may email XQ-SLESS directly).

• Sharing programs or training with third parties.

• Misusing or copying information, images, or content shared by other members.

• Discriminating against any individual based on sexual preference, identity, race, or age.

• Including other individuals in uploads without their consent.

Violation Consequences:

• XQ-SLESS reserves the right to delete inappropriate or negative posts/comments.

• XQ-SLESS may terminate your membership immediately, without warning, for any violations of these terms.

• These terms are in place to protect the safety and well-being of all members.

Disclaimer: XQ-SLESS Wellness Support Tribe disclaims any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of this platform or reliance on its content. Members are encouraged to consult with healthcare professionals before engaging in any wellness practices shared within the community.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XQ-SLESS, its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the Agreement: XQ-SLESS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified in writing, and continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
